What is the price range for genuine Murano glass bought in Venice, Italy?

I paid more than U.S. $ 2,000 for a set composed of a glass vase, 5 lenses and a mirror plate, in a purple color that turns blue in the light of some. It has a gold border and develop floral motifs, and the artist signed on it and came with a "Certificato di Garanzia" card. It's a company called CAM srl Vetri D'arte. Seemed rather Ligita. Murano glass is expensive ... I think you got a fair deal. Many items sold in the United States are part of larger production.
