People who collect vintage kitchen utensils - do you use or not?

If you collect the vintage kitchen utensils as a whole spices kromex or vintage pyrex, kitchen utensils, or cathrineholm, etc. .. Do you use it personally? Are you supposed to use? I gather Franciscan Starburst, but I do not know if I should use it or put it on a shelf. If such do not like paying so much money use, but in a way feels wrong to pay so much money for not, LOL. Ty. PS - this vintage kitchen utensils you collect btw, just curious.

Although I use the vintage pieces, and utensils that I buy. I do not collect for the love of the game, but finding usable pieces for my style and my house. Regarding what I collect: I buy what I like, and who have a use, but not necessarily the same brand or type of anything.
