How do I get cooking oil and baby blue wall paint off?

Me and my friend are very stupid and have obtained all Babies and hand prints cooking oil all over his bedroom wall, his mother went mad. weve tried to get off with water and soap, but it didn't work, any ideas?

I'm afraid you're in water-based paint on your wall If soap and water not working not - and probably matte / matte painting, right? Oh boy. If you paint in oil, it would wash. Go to a paint store and ask them they have specific products. What you can do after cleaning the wall as much as possible is to buy a sealant, we call it here in the States Kilzer, which is used for the same reason, naked and block oil stains or water coming through fresh coat of paint and help it meet. There are water based and oil based Kilzer - ask the paint shop guys. This coating is a product of white paint-type Very thick - but it will take the oil seal so that you can repaint the room and the oil will not show through. Good luck, how embarrassing! (
