What can I use to get a really light shade of blue in my tank (it looks like the ocean blue)? natural?

my idea: Fish bowl with floating flowers, clear waters and what can I add to my bowl? I can only think of rocks, but there's nothing I can add shinny too? Thank you for the help!

Food dyes should work for the blue color. You can also add glass beads or the beach ( from a craft store) and shellfish.
