Smart crock pot pot lid slightly wobbly okay?

I just bought the silver and the Black and I notice they are not attached complete the cover. It wobbles a bit back and forth. I saw a review on it and one of the things they liked it the lid then straight. But when I phoned the company of selling said they are all like that. I told him I seen from a review that was all right. Who is right and someone did the same problem? Return. Discovered he cooked to high. Get Hamilton.

I think they are all rock slightly. Mine is a very old one and turn the lid doesn't fit like a tight seal, but when he starts cooking, you get a sort of water seal around the edge that goes around. If you lift the lid during cooking, you must wait a time for the seal water to form again. So yes, mine has a slight hesitation, but cooked with panache.
