Peace Lily Large turns brown at the tip?

We have a very large peace lily that has watered well and it was good to the last 5 years. Until now, the leaves begin to turn burned on the tips.

Well Alright then, in my estimation, it is one (or combination) of three things. # 1 problem of watering. Generally not enough. So you've been in the water, and similarly for 5 years. Has it been repotted? If yes, the pot could be too great ... and the roots are not around all the new soil, so that soil moisture is not absorbed by the plant, he could not get enough water if the region receives a lion's share of water applied to the plant. Conversely, if it has not been repotted, there are more and more root growth, the plant may need more water that he was 5 years ago. Double check watering. # 2 Too much sun. Probably not the problem, but have you re-located factory. It may have been adapted to low light levels, and when increased, may burn a little. Again, not likely the problem, but worth considering. # 3 chlorine / fluoride levels in soil are too high. Let your tap water to spend the night in the watering can. Chlorine evaporates room temperature (24 hours). Chlorine burns the foliage regularly on a number of indoor plants, and Peace Lily (Spathephyllum) is certainly one of them.
