Could we get creationism banned if we just called to worship our common ancestor?

I see it all the time, everywhere People Planet in trying to advance the forbidden things, because It's an insult to their particular version of a god: Da Vinci Code, Harry Potter, Danish cartoons, gay marriage, Jesus chocolate, etc., etc. Every time someone says something bad of evolution is essentially a huge insult to our common ancestor. So, if we had the right to worship our common ancestor, can we get things banned, too? Like creationism, for example?
